This is a gif Lan Hikari getting zapped in Mega Man Battle Network 2. I lengthened the time each frame is on screen to help reduce the flashing a little over how the game presented it. Gif crop and assembly by myself using game assets/screenshots. This version retains the in-game background and slight shake to the character sprite.
