I fully understand that newly submitted "long emotes" can only be text-based. I'm resubmitting this emote because I don't see a reason why I shouldn't be able to update an older emote, even if it's a "long emote" that doesn't fit the current guidelines. The old emote has a blurry face, and some extraneous white pixels. I made this version to fix those issues. Other "long emotes" exist that have been updated to higher quality versions. I feel that if you allow it for any "long emote" it should be allowed for all "long emotes".
